Deeligent Soul Reviewed on This is Why We Dance

Some smooth house grooves on this two-tracker from Chicago’s ever-dependable Large Music, which is the work of two Belgian producers called Arnaud and Seb (and that’s the sum total of my knowledge about ‘em, I’m afraid).

On the A, Colours Of The Sunset itself is a laidback, lounge-y/beach-y kinda groove with a cool muted synth/organ riff that loops throughout, a nice chunky bottom end and both spoken and sung female vox. But it’s really Up Again on the flip that’s earning this its place here, a male-vocalled, funk-driven affair that’ll appeal to the classic US garage lovers.
